As the inspiration comes from painterly abstract designs, I have used artistic flair in my motifs. Moving towards softer watercolour style illustrations, I have hand painted the fruits motifs. Then I have taken a hand painted + digital approach for this.
Moving further, taking directions from Charming Checks SS’22, I have played by combining stripes, cheques & chevron by enlarging the construction of check patterns and adding a hand worked edge with naively drawn stripes.
The table collection print can be used for table runner, set of placemats, set of napkin, oven mitt, pot holder & apron.
